1. Prices are per room per day and include breakfast and 17 percent VAT. The present average rate of exchange is 26,50Mt / US $1.

2. Except for economy rooms which have a single bed, all other rooms are equipped with double beds.

3. The variation in price of room rates corresponds to the different size beds and room areas. The furniture and decoration of all rooms is the same.

4. Reservations should be made in advance by e-mail, letter or fax.5. Payment

a) Guests must settle accounts directly at the hotel. Payment can be made in Euros, South African Rands or US Dollars at the hotels exchange rate.

b) We welcome all major credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club, Visa and Master Card.

.6. Due to high occupancies we will not always be able to provide the required room. Should this occur we will automatically book you into the next room category at the respective rate.

7. Amendments and cancellations of reservations should be made in writing.

8. Reservations not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged for in full.

9. Please note that the extention of your stay can only be cofirmed when it is requested in advance and is based on availibility of the rooms.
10. Check out time is 12.00pm.
